Placing an Order With Crystal Dreams of New Orleans
Orders can be placed online, by mail or by telephone.
- To order online, simply add your product selection to the shopping cart.
- To order by mail, complete the Crystal Dreams Of New Orleans Order Form, print and mail to the address referenced on this site.
- To order by telephone call 1.888.695.4694.
Upon completing your order please enter the total purchase amount for the product and then add the shipping and handling amount shown on the order form to determine the total amount due.

Methods of Payment
For mail and telephone orders, we accept personal checks and money orders. For credit card orders, please use the online PayPal service and add the product to the shopping cart. If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held until the funds have been deposited into our bank account. Please do not remit cash.
Order Processing
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the shipment of most orders. Additional time may be required depending on the product or material availability beyond our control. You will be contacted if any delays occur with your order.

Guarantee
We guarantee our products. If, for any reason, a product does not meet your satisfaction, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. If you chose to return a product, we will provide you with a return material authorization number, which you must include with the return shipment. All items must be returned in the “as shipped” condition whenever possible. We will refund your money or exchange the item at your request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
